Career Advancement Accounts

Career Advancement Accounts are individualized accounts that allow auto industry workers to quickly gain skills needed to successfully enter, navigate and advance in 21st century jobs. CAA's must be used for education and training expenses. Approximately 950 Career Advancement Accounts, up to $3,000 each, will be established in Ohio during the first year. Ohio may be eligibel to receive funds for two years.
Employed and unemployed worked impacted by Ford Motor Company and General Motors plant closures or shift reductions are eligibel to apply for the Career Advancement Accounts.
